To stroll in the streets of the former Jewish ghetto is like time travelling. central district and started to fill gaps with new buildings, what made the appearance of the streets very dynamic, when you can see a run down empty block next to a luxury apartment block. Nowadays you can find here again the biggest Jewish population in Eastern Europe and the district is full with cool bars and cafes, that makes it the “in-place” in the city.
